In order to qualify for a gWallet Ventures investment, companies must meet the following requirements:

• Operate a live social gaming application (e.g. a social network app, an MMO, or a standalone Web site).
• Be willing to accept at least $100,000 in growth capital.
• Be willing to share full financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with historical numbers and future projections.
• Have no previous institutional investment.

We will also consider the following factors:

• Originality
  Will this game or application stand out from the pack?
• Viability
  Can this game or application survive over time, or is it just a passing fad?
• Engagement
  Will this game or application engender many repeat visits per month for a significant amount of time?
• Virality
  Is this the kind of game or application that will spread quickly with users' social graphs?
